Yes—on medium flow days they’re designed to fully replace pads and tampons. If your flow increases, change sooner or choose a higher absorbency style.
What’s the fit like and are they comfortable?
A flattering bikini cut with a high-leg shape made from soft, breathable organic cotton that feels comfortable and kind to skin.
Can I wear them for up to 12 hours or overnight?
They provide up to 12 hours of protection. You can wear them during the day or overnight on medium flow—change sooner if you start to feel wet, as everyone’s flow is different.
How do I wash and care for them?
Rinse in cold water after use, then machine wash at 40°C without fabric conditioner. Air dry only; do not tumble dry or soak for long periods.
How long will they last and how many pairs do I need?
With proper care they’re reusable for up to 2 years. Most customers find 5–7 pairs work well for a full cycle; you can build a rotation with single, 3-pack or 5-pack options.
